Standing Rules

1. All requests from clubs or individuals to LVDICE must be made in writing, in a timely manner, to allow for such request to be brought before a meeting.

2. The Trial Chairman will handle judge’s gifts which are to be a gift card in the amount of $25.00. Clean Run and Petsmart are suggestions. This is a gift for a judge to come here whether they judge one day or more, three classes or more.

3. The Trial Chairman will request that the judges book their flights early in order to get the best fares. The club will reimburse the judge for airfare upon booking, as opposed to having them wait several months for their reimbursement at the show.

4. In cases of exhibitors asking for a refund for any reason, we will give individual consideration to each request. If deemed reasonable, we will give a 50% credit to a future LVDICE trial. We will send an explanation letter to the exhibitor which will expire in 13 months. The letter MUST BE presented with the entries and the letter/voucher will be non transferable.

5. Any individual hired to tow the equipment trailer must have an electric braking system on the towing vehicle.

6. The selection of the judge at any trial is the sole discretion of the Trial Chairman.

7. The Club shall make every effort to have a $5,000.00 bank balance at all times for emergencies.
